Ayurvedic medicine is an integral part of Sri Lankan culture which has used herbs and plants of the island for millenaries in order to heal.
The Ayurveda is not only a natural medicine but also a philosophy, an art of living which admits a privileged place to massages which restore a global harmony in ourselves.
The course in Ayurvedic Massage will allow you to acquire and master the ways of harmonisation, revitalisation and re-equilibration of the energies in the entire body.
